Support and Licensing Plans |
Gold Tech Support is available on a Quarterly Plan ($149/quarter - 18 month requirement) or an Annual Plan ($498/year). These plans include tech support, discounts and the mandatory annual licensing fees.
For clients who do not wish to pay for Gold Tech Support, you must pay the annual licensing fees ($169/year) to continue using Quick Notes products. These licensing fees are included in the first year of ownership, but must be renewed annually.
For clients who choose Licensing only, you can pay for support on a Per Incident basis ($150/incident).
Clients can upgrade from Licensing only to Gold Tech Support for an upgrade fee ($330/year). In some cases, this amount can be pro-rated.
If you fail to renew Gold Tech Support during the 30-day grace period, you will be charged a Reinstatement Fee to go on support. This fee depends on the amount of time that has lapsed. ($100/year lapsed).
If you are off support and licensing is past-due, you can pay Per Incident ($150) only after paying the Licensing Fee ($169) plus any Reinstatement Fees ($100 minimum).
For clients not on Gold Tech Support, all software, upgrades, products and consumables will be charged at normal Retail Rates. |
