Gold Tech Support is available on a Quarterly Plan ($149/quarter - 18 month requirement) or an Annual Plan ($498/year). These plans include tech support, discounts and the mandatory annual licensing fees.

For clients who do not wish to pay for Gold Tech Support, you must pay your annual licensing fees ($169/year) to continue using Quick Notes products.

For clients who choose Licensing only, you can pay for support on a Per Incident basis ($150/incident).

Clients can upgrade from Licensing only to Gold Tech Support for an upgrade fee ($330/year). In some cases, this amount can be pro-rated.

If you fail to renew Gold Tech Support during the 30-day grace period, you will be charged a Reinstatement Fee to go on support. This fee depends on the amount of time that has lapsed. ($100/year lapsed).

If you are off support and licensing is past-due, you can pay Per Incident ($150) only after paying the Licensing Fee ($169) plus any Reinstatement Fees ($100 minimum).

For clients not on Gold Tech Support, all software, upgrades, products and consumables will be charged at normal Retail Rates.

Extended Support Program (ESP) Defined: A Quick Notes support person is assigned to your office to help with any Quick Notes related problem. This is inclusive of staff training and priority support for your computer technician, 1-800 phone service and consulting on use of the Quick Notes system. ESP also includes minor software updates and the Quick Notes newsletter. The ESP program includes software updates and software license (yearly) renewal. The basic plan does not include UPGRADES. UPGRADES are major changes in version numbers like 3.0 to 4.0.

Support plans are subject to change in definition and price and therefore you need to contact Quick Notes, Inc. sales and discuss the best support and upgrade plan for your use. Custom licenses are available upon request to fit special user needs.

Yearly License renewal is mandatory. Tech Support fees are subject to change and reinstatement fees apply. Customers that have allowed support to expire will be charged all back support fees plus a one-time $150.00US reinstatement fee. License, Updates and Support fees are currently $498.00 USD per year per location. There is a quartly payment plan offered at $149.00. Addition license fees for multi-user, multi-computer, local network and wide area network use will apply. Under special conditions Quick Notes may allow licence portion (currently $169.00) to be paid as a yearly fee. Inactive or retirement offices are examples of this special contition.
